Our third county for this trip was Foard. The county seat is Crowell and it is west of Paducah on US-70. We arrived at 7:30 and walked around the courthouse taking pictures before realizing the walk box was on the doorstep of the restaurant and we didn’t have to wait for the restaurant to open.
